We are seeking an academic to join our Compliance team, supporting the aseptic production of vaccines.
Are you interested in engaging with meaningful tasks that make a difference? If so, you may be the candidate we are looking for to fill this position in our Compliance Unit. We're specifically interested in professionals who have experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a desire to undertake a broad range of tasks.
The Teams responsibilities and ambitions
Our Compliance Unit comprises 11 employees. We primarily handle compliance tasks related to Media Fill, Environmental Monitoring, training, auditing, and other general compliance tasks in our aseptic production. As a member of our team, you'll work in areas such as media fill, batch-related monitoring, cleaning, gowning, material transfer, and operator training. Our team's collaboration is founded on mutual trust and respect for individual competencies and opinions. We always strive to comply with current GMP guidelines.
Your Role
Our main task is centralized around the aseptic production. These tasks are run in collaboration with the rest of the Compliance team and coworkers within the aseptic production and QA. You will start in a training program, which consist of internal courses, peer training, process monitoring and reading of SOP’s.
As a part of the team you will:
- Support the aseptic production
- Be a part of optimization of processes related to Compliance systems etc. training
- Train employee and process confirm compliance with SOP’s
- Participate in onboarding of new employees
- Handle deviations and root cause investigations
- Write SOP’s, CAPA’s and other types of GMP-documentation
Who are you?
We anticipate that you are a pharmacist or have a similar scientific background.
It's crucial for you to have structured work habits and a keen awareness of quality — traits essential for anyone working in a GMP-regulated company.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary since training, professional collaboration, and most importantly, documentation, are key parts of your role. We also expect you to be flexible, as working days can change due to the dynamic nature of aseptic production.
In addition, you:
- master Danish in writing and speaking
- master English in writing and speaking
- experienced with pharmaceutical production and have knowledge of GMP guidelines
- preferably have microbiological experience
- have knowledge on media fill related areas
- take an interest in training
- are outgoing and a team player
