[Role Summary]
Business strategy development & Execution of online sales in the Korean market.
[Key areas of responsibilities]
- Ownership of online sales for PH sector (Coupang account)
- Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales planning & performance management
- Deliver elaborate stock planning and management.
- Management of online sales monitoring system (Real time analysis of the traffic and conversion rates of Philips products)
- Analyze instore & offsite advertisement effectiveness.
- Develop online customer care strategy
- Work closely with the Customer Care Team for defining/improving online customer support.
- Provide strategic insights to provoke effective website operation, online CRM, social media and promotion execution.
- E-commerce Marketing
[Qualifications & Requirements]
- 6~10 years of proven track record in the area of Online / offline sales
- Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
- Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel
- Working experience in digital media and/or on-line retail (i.e. Coupang ) is a plus
- Good command of English
