Our long-standing partner is one the world's leading fitness operators and due to their ever-increasing expansion, are now seeking a General Manager to lead growth in Vietnam.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and accomplished senior fitness executive, accountable to both club build-out and to club operations. Following proof of concept, the role may then include franchise business development, meaning competence in B2B sales and presentation skills are highly desirable.
This role is critical to the next stage of growth for our partner and the General Manager will be the leadership representative in the country. This means that knowledge and experience of the Vietnamese fitness market are preferred, thus ensuring localisation of the operating model and building of the foundational infrastructure to be based upon experience gained.
An excellent communicator who enjoys working both independently and with a multinational team, the successful candidate will be seeking a long-term role that is both challenging and rewarding and targeted very much toward growth.
The ability to speak English fluently (written and spoken) is a prerequisite and it is advantageous to be able to communicate in Vietnamese (although this is not essential).
