1. Conducts safety meetings, Patrol, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
2. Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
3. Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, good practices and nestle SHE standard.
4. Review Method, SA, Safety Emergency Plan from Contractor
5. Disciplining employees and subcontractors who fail to comply with minimum safety standards.
6. Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.
7. Collaborates with Project team to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence
8. Visit active project sites to assess ongoing work conditions to ensure compliance.
9. Work with project teams and field workers to develop and implement solutions to safety related issues on project sites.
10. Training company employees on safe work practices
11. Provides project team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
