As a Stores Attendant you will create value for DynaLIFEDxthrough providing stores services to receive, issue, store and ship supplies, equipment and other lab related products in a reliable and timely manner. By providing the service, you will make a difference through you professional and courteous representation of DynaLIFEDx.
Major Functions and Responsibilities
- Fill and prepare orders for delivery efficiently and accurately for all collection sites, Base Lab and clients.
- Receive supplies, sign waybills for correct amount of items and correct locations, match packing slip against physical goods shipped to DynaLIFEDx.
- Verify packing slip against purchase order, record receipt documents, submit for processing and report discrepancies if required.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repair.
- Process stock requisitions on computer system.
- Assemble kits and stock in unit of issue quantities.
- Box and ship items as required.
- Restock shelves and bins accurately with incoming stock, ensuring correct DL stock numbers are on boxes.
- Report discrepancies of stock outage or overage in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Required Skills
- This position falls within the heavy physical demands level as defined as:
- Lifting 21-50 lbs frequently
- Handling 50-100 lbs occasionally
- Strong team player with ability to perform duties independently and with others.
- Good organizational and communications skills.
- Flexibility to meet operational requirements, including hours of work.
Required Experience
- Familiarity of warehouse duties and or experience in materiel handling is required
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
