Looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team! As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HVAC systems in our commercial and residential properties.Experience: 3-4 years in UAE in the above job role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Order and maintain inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all work performedQualification: Min. 3 year Diploma in Mechanical field.
- Planning and supervising projects such as installing air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
- Estimating labor man-hours for the project based on progress.
- Training employees in safe work practices and responding to safety concerns or accidents
- Coordinating with sub-contractors and client’s supervisory staff for smooth progress of projects.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills: Will be responsible for overseeing the installation & troubleshooting of a new HVAC/electrical system or repairing an existing system.
- Effective communication skills in English is mandatory (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (especially VRV/VRF and DX/FAHU systems), electrical systems and plumbing.
- Computer literacy is a must: Basic skills of MS Office and email writing are mandatory.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- HVAC certification preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
