This position is located in San Antonio, TX at our Boeing - South Ramp location.
The Firefighter EMT will provide firefighting related services and assistance in emergency rescue/medical response and service, aircraft landing and takeoffs standbys, hazmat spills response, fueling, alarm response and service. They will serve as driver-operator of fire apparatus or firefighter position at the discretion of the assigned Fire Officer. Will participate at emergency incident scenes while under the direction of the Fire Officer.
Must be able to maneuver a fire truck safely into the most advantageous position for combating a fire. Conducts inspections of all ARFF vehicles, fire vehicles, tools/equipment, medical equipment and supplies inside and outside of the hangar. Conduct building and fire extinguisher inspections and maintenance. Performs all tasks as assigned by fire officers. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Structural Firefighting: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- FF I & II, Must be IFSAC, ProBoard or DOD Certified (Required)
- NIMS 100, 200, 700 (Preferred)
- Hazardous Materials Operations (Required)
- National Reg/TCFP EMT-B (Required)
- AHA CPR/AED or equivalent (Required)
